1. Service Description
Reyt Boosts, an independent online platform, provides social media growth services (e.g., views, likes, followers) involving automated or variable engagement. All metrics (e.g., 10,000 views) are aspirational targets, not binding commitments, due to the unpredictable nature of these services. The platform may provide minimal engagement as a good faith effort, with no guarantee of full delivery. No individual or person, including any administrative contact listed with payment processors, is liable for operations; responsibility rests solely with the Reyt Boosts platform, which operates without formal registration or identifiable ownership beyond operational necessities.

2. Payment Terms
Payments are due upfront via secure methods, currently Stripe, with PayPal available for future use, and are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are digital services with immediate or attempted delivery. By proceeding with payment, users agree to resolve disputes primarily through the Reyt Boosts platform’s process, preferring arbitration or platform evidence (including records of delivery attempts) over chargebacks, with chargeback attempts contested as material breaches of this agreement. Such attempts will be actively opposed by Reyt Boosts with all available evidence, potentially leading to account termination and legal action for breach damages. Statutory rights are acknowledged but limited to platform resolution, and no direct refunds are issued by Reyt Boosts. Disputes, if allowed by payment providers (e.g., Stripe), will be handled per their rules, with no personal liability attached to any individual.
2a. Deposit Processing
Deposited funds may take up to 48 hours (or 24 hours if required by service constraints) to become available for use, due to processing requirements and service operational constraints. Reyt Boosts is not liable for delays in fund availability or any resulting service interruptions, and no refunds or credits apply during this period. No individual, including any payment processor contact, bears responsibility for such delays.
3. Delivery
Delivery times and quantities are estimates at Reyt Boosts’ discretion, subject to service limitations, technical constraints, or platform variability, including potential downtime managed by third-party providers beyond our control. Non-delivery or partial delivery, including minimal engagement as a good faith effort during downtime, due to these factors does not entitle users to refunds or remedies; partial delivery is at our discretion and meets service obligations. No person or entity beyond the Reyt Boosts platform, including third-party providers, is accountable.
4. Refunds
As these are digital services with digital goods, no refunds, partial or otherwise, are available under any condition, including service failure, delays, or user dissatisfaction, except where minimal engagement (at least 5% of ordered metrics, as managed by third-party providers) is not attempted due to uncontrollable external factors beyond the platform’s control. This reflects the non-returnable nature of the services, with delivery deemed complete upon initiation of such minimal effort by third-party systems. No individual, including any payment processor contact, is liable for refund claims.
5. Liability
Reyt Boosts, as an unregistered platform with no identifiable ownership beyond operational necessities (e.g., payment processor requirements managed by a designated contact), is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses (e.g., account bans, financial damage) arising from service use, technical failures, or platform actions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, and only at the platform’s choice. Services are provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied, and no individual, including any administrative contact with payment processors or third-party providers, can be held personally liable, as the platform operates as a self-sustaining entity independent of any person, with all operations delegated to third-party systems.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are fully accountable for platform compliance (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) and all risks (e.g., bans, data exposure) arising from service use, including potential account bans by third-party platforms. Reyt Boosts disclaims all support obligations, and misuse voids any claims against the platform or its operators. No personal liability attaches to any individual, including payment processor contacts, and users must not attempt to identify, contact, or defame platform operators or the platform publicly, with such actions considered breaches subject to termination.
7. Term Changes
Reyt Boosts may alter prices, services, or these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates are effective immediately upon posting at https://reytboosts-ltd.xyz/terms, applying to all existing and future orders. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the platform’s terms, with no individual responsibility.
8. Termination
Reyt Boosts may suspend or terminate services/accounts at the platform’s discretion for any reason, including non-compliance, service instability (e.g., technical failures, platform limitations), or operational needs, with no obligation to refund or explain. No individual, including any payment processor contact, is liable for termination decisions.
9. Data Privacy
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://reytboosts-ltd.xyz/privacy, with no liability for breaches beyond the platform’s control, including those by third-party providers. No personal data of operators or individuals is collected, linked, or implied, and any payment processor or provider details are solely for operational purposes, not personal identification.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes are subject to UK courts, but Reyt Boosts may elect arbitration (optional, user may choose courts) with a maximum claim limit of £100 for platform resolution. Users waive class actions. Reyt Boosts retains records of transactions and specific delivery attempts (e.g., view initiation timestamps), which are final evidence in disputes, including chargeback challenges, with no individual liability, including payment processor contacts.
11. Severability
If any term is deemed unenforceable, the remainder stands, preserving Reyt Boosts’ rights as a platform, with no impact on any individual, including payment processor affiliates.
12. Entire Agreement

13. Entity Disclaimer
Reyt Boosts operates as an independent, unregistered platform with no identifiable ownership beyond operational necessities (e.g., payment processor requirements managed by a designated third-party contact), and no individual, owner, or operator, including those associated with third-party providers, can be held personally liable for its actions, services, or obligations. All rights and responsibilities are vested in the platform alone, which functions autonomously through third-party services, with no individual involvement or liability, and users must not attempt to establish personal connections or attribute operations to any individual.
14. Tax Efficiency Notice
Reyt Boosts, as an unregistered platform, may naturally limit service revenue or adjust payment processing (e.g., the 48-hour deposit delay) due to operational scale, reflecting modest activity levels rather than tax strategy, with revenue and transactions managed independently of third-party providers. Users acknowledge that such adjustments, including a maximum of 50 transactions per month not exceeding £850, are at the platform’s discretion and do not affect their obligations or entitle them to refunds, with all operational decisions vested solely in the platform.
